Spring Cultivator tills the soil on the surface and it does not disturb deep layers. It is generally used for flatten the surface for smoother surface. It prepares the seedbed after primary tillage. It breaks the weeds on the field and mixes the wastes with the soil. It is a combination with spring blades and revolving harrow.
